🔧 My tasks are: I accompany our trainees throughout their training and support them in technical and organisational matters. From the basic course to the final examination, I make sure that they are optimally prepared for their professional future.
🔥 What I'm passionate about: I'm enthusiastic about imparting knowledge, discovering talent and supporting young people on their way into working life. It is particularly important to me that they not only grow professionally, but also personally and enjoy working on new challenges.

🔧 My tasks are: As training manager, I coordinate and supervise the training programme at Elkamet. My aim is to provide our trainees with sound and practical training, prepare them for exams in the best possible way and make it easier for them to start their careers. I am also available as a contact person for trainers, trainees and external partners. A particular concern of mine is the ongoing development of training content in order to continuously improve the quality of training.

My job is to coordinate internships, draw up familiarisation plans and support talented young people entering the world of work. I am always available to answer questions about internships, training and company processes.
🔥 What I'm passionate about: I find it exciting to help young people enter the world of work and give them a good overview of the technical fields. It motivates me when I see how quickly they find their feet and are proud of their progress at the end.
