Head of Maintenance

Oliver Tomczak

🌟 Which project at Elkamet made you particularly proud? I am especially proud of our team, with whom we successfully realised the relocation of the machines and assembly systems. Thanks to the strong collaboration, the entire process ran on schedule and without any delays - a real highlight of our work.

πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ Which superpower would be most useful in your work? I would often wish for the superpower of being able to work on all construction sites and projects at the same time and not forgetting anything.

πŸ› οΈ Which object from your day-to-day work best describes you - and why? A variable speed motor - adaptable, powerful and usually rotating at the top end. But why don't you ask my colleagues this question?

πŸ’‘ What two things would you tell new colleagues about Elkamet? Elkamet is a fair and secure employer. Anyone who gets involved is listened to and can actively help shape the company. These are my personal experiences.

Process mechanic

Michelle Burger

🌟 Which project at Elkamet has made you particularly proud? My entire apprenticeship at Elkamet is my biggest project - and I'm really proud of it. Not only did I improve my technical skills, but I also learnt to successfully combine theory and practice. The professional and personal development during this time was a valuable experience for me.

πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ Which superpower would be most useful in your work? Definitely telekinesis! I often drop things or forget things - with telekinesis, I could simply fetch everything.

πŸ› οΈ Which object from your day-to-day work best describes you - and why? The small milling cutter! I use it every day for my work and it suits me perfectly - small, efficient and always ready for use.

πŸ’‘ What two things would you tell new colleagues about Elkamet? Elkamet offers strong training with lots of development opportunities. And best of all, the team is great - helpful, motivated and always up for a laugh!

Deputy Group Leader

Marcel Schneider

🌟 Which project at Elkamet made you particularly proud? The sampling of new products - especially the very first demoulding of new containers is always an exciting moment. And of course my career: I've been part of Elkamet since my training as a process mechanic in 2011. After several years as a machine operator in GF-D, I took over the position of Deputy Group Manager in 2023.

πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ Which superpower would be most useful in your work? Definitely teleportation! πŸ˜„

πŸ› οΈ Which item from your day-to-day work best describes you - and why? I can't think of one off the top of my head - but I'll add it later! πŸ˜‰

πŸ’‘ What two things would you give new colleagues about Elkamet? A good relationship with colleagues is guaranteed - and it doesn't get boring here any time soon!

Sales employee

Elena Stenger

🌟 Which project at Elkamet made you particularly proud? I am particularly proud of our successful trade fair appearance at the Hydrogen Technology Expo in Hamburg - a project that required a lot of hard work and passion. It was also a great challenge to complete my Master of Engineering (Technical Sales) part-time with the support of Elkamet - an experience that has helped me grow.

πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ Which superpower would be most useful in your work? Mind reading to understand customer needs perfectly and multitasking at the highest level to switch between different tasks efficiently.

πŸ› οΈ Which item from your daily work routine describes you best - and why? My notebook - my daily collection of knowledge for all important topics.

πŸ’‘ What two things would you tell new colleagues about Elkamet? Elkamet offers you many opportunities - make the most of them! And always be open to new things.
